dogs are funny like that. Ziggy (my folks’ previous cocker spaniel) never had an issue with other dogs smaller than him. But the instant he saw a bigger dog, it was all raised hackles, growling, and snarling.

Lol.

We had a Maremma (white Pyrennian) called Caesar. Even at one year old there was few dogs bigger than him so all the smaller dogs would come up and yap at him. He'd think they were playing and put his snout under their belly and flick them into the air. The little dogs owners hated it.
